"Esther was introduced to us by PGA Catalunya when we bought our 2 bedroom apartment. As we lived in England and spoke little Spanish we needed help to furnish the flat. Our first meeting with Esther was at the flat where we discussed our ideas, colours and types of furnishings we wanted. We returned to the UK and Esther constantly emailed us with ideas, pictures and shops where we could see more. We eventually put together items, shops and ideas and let Esther know. We then met again and shopped for 2 days with her. During this time we met with a designer who was able to do all the blinds and some built in furnishings. Having Esther with us was marvellous as the language problem would have caused us problems. Esther then took delivery of all we had bought and was present at the flat while the blinds and fitted furniture was done. During all this time Esther kept us informed with email or phone calls. She was very generous with her time and excellent at organising the whole business. I don't know how we would have managed without her, she was outstanding and we would recommend her to others."
