WHAT do I DO as HAPS?
As a Home Advisor and Personal Shopper (HAPS), I advise and accompany my clients in the decoration and furnishing of their new home. I become their locally-based partner, working with the same passion as if it were my own home. Taking into account their style preferences, time considerations and target budget, I seek out and hand-pick the best options for their needs. After an initial exchange of ideas and an understanding of my client\'s tastes, style and budget, I create a layout proposal which includes both decorative elements and furniture. I prepare a selection of establishments that I have previously visited where these items can be found. Then, I accompany my client on an accompanied shopping tour in which we select all the necessary pieces to put the finishing touches on the home. I manage the entire process, up through the delivery and assembly of all the chosen items. My objective is to make the new house into a home in the agreed-upon time frame so that my client can enjoy their new surroundings as soon as the keys are handed to them.

HOW do I work as a HAPS - PROJECTS
Home advising 1.Preliminary exchange of ideas, tastes and styles, mainly focused on: – Decorative elements and furniture (sofas, carpets, tables, armchairs, lamps, curtains and blinds, patio furniture and more). – Made-to-order decoration and furniture (curtains and blinds, furniture, awnings and more). – Functional elements (kitchen, beds, box springs, mattresses and more). – Household items (large and small home appliances, tableware, textiles and more). 2.Layout proposals with comments and suggestions to share and agree upon 3.Initial search for possible furniture vendors (physical and online shops) to scout for ideas on furniture solutions and styles 4.Email exchange of concepts and photos of furniture, blinds, curtains, beds, mattresses and more 5.Quotations for different solutions, always focused on negotiating deals and getting the best prices Personal Shopper (accompanied shopping tour) 1.Shopping route and purchase orders placed (minimum 2 full days): once the furniture and other decorative elements have been selected, we visit shops together and place orders 2.Average lead and delivery time is about 2 months 3.Personal monitoring and coordination of deliveries 4.Additional decorative elements (curtains, lighting, home appliances and more) are selected using a similar method My style I consider myself to be a close, direct person and this is reflected in my relationships with my clients.
