As a PPS, my mission is to accompany the investor throughout the purchase of any property or real estate asset. I seek out, negotiate and close on only the best options for the client. I put myself on my client’s side, making their interests my own and advising them in a professional manner throughout the process until their expectations are met.

HOW do I work

1. The client completes an online questionnaire with the search criteria for the property.
2. I select and visit properties that meet these criteria
3. I provide the client with a first look at the selected properties and their characteristics
4. After receiving the client’s feedback, we limit the options or expand the search
5. I carry out a technical-economic analysis (profitability in the event the property is to be let) of the possibilitis offered by the selected properties.
6. I present the client with a final list and an itinerary for visiting the properties with the client.
7. I offer advice and accompany the client during the process of closing the sale.
8. In the event that the property requires renovations, I facilitate this service through professionals.
9. In the event the property is to let, I seek out the best tenant who offers the client every guarantee.
